FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Which destinations do you cover?

The French Riviera (Saint-Tropez, Cannes, Nice, Antibes, Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat, Mougins, Monaco) and Saint-Barthélemy, for seasonal rentals as well as for buying and selling.

How do I choose the right destination?

It depends on your style of stay, buzz and beaches in Saint-Tropez or Cannes, calm and refinement in Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat or Mougins. Our concierge guides you.

Do you offer off-season stays?

Yes, the Riviera is a year-round destination. Our villas and concierge are available in spring and autumn, often on privileged terms.

Can I combine several destinations?

Absolutely. A single contact coordinates an itinerary across several addresses, transfers included.

Do you also handle buying and selling?

Yes. Liberty House holds the French transaction and property management licences. In every destination, we guide the purchase of a property as well as its sale, from a confidential valuation to the signing at the notary.
