Yes, once your property is entrusted to us for rental management. Our concierge is then part of the mandate, all year round, and you keep the use of your home between lets. If you live in Monaco without letting your property, our services cannot yet be booked à la carte. Speak to an advisor, who will tell you plainly what can be arranged and what cannot.

Two things need separating. If you entrust us with your property, our management fees are published on our fees page, and everyday concierge is part of the mandate. Stay services, chef, chauffeur, yacht or household staff, are quoted individually, because a part-time housekeeper in a Carré d’Or apartment and a live-in butler in a staffed villa are not the same undertaking. The quote itemises every line.

Yes, this is our teams’ daily work. Provisioning before you arrive to your own taste, bread and pastries delivered, the daily press, a basket of local produce, fresh flowers each week, dry cleaning and laundry, luggage handled and delivered. You ask, we take care of the rest.

Yes, across the whole French Riviera (Nice, Cannes, Antibes, Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat, Mougins, Saint-Tropez) and in Saint-Barthélemy. A single contact coordinates everything.

The Principality’s rules are not France’s. State-owned (domanial) housing cannot be sublet, the protected sector has its own rules, and co-ownership regulations may restrict or exclude short lets. For a property in the free sector, we review the applicable framework with you before anything is let, and tell you plainly if it is not possible.

Then it falls under French law, even if the listing mentions Monaco. Under full management, we handle the furnished tourist let declaration, collecting and paying the tourist tax, guest welcome and hotel-grade housekeeping, and rents flow through our escrow account.

Yes. The stay starts from a villa in our selection on the Riviera around Monaco, then we build the chauffeur, private chef and a day aboard a yacht from Port Hercule around your dates. Those weeks are booked far ahead. For grandstands and receptions, we tell you what is actually available before committing.

We fit into what already exists, announcing every visitor and respecting service hours and delivery routes. Our role is to complement the building, never to work around it.

Yes, and it is settled in advance. Parking is underground, either public or within the residence, and spaces are allocated. We pass on access and parking instructions before arrival, with transfers arranged accordingly.

Our fees are published in full. A traveller pays no service fee, and the full price of the stay, cleaning and tourist tax included, is shown before any confirmation. An owner chooses between 15% excl. VAT (18% incl. VAT) for listing and distribution, or 20% excl. VAT for full management, which adds on-site welcome, hotel-standard housekeeping, maintenance, inventories, tourist tax and monthly reporting. Nothing is added at the moment of payment.

Yes, when the property is rented out. Our concierge service is included in the management mandate, all year, and the owner may live in the property between lettings. If you live in Monaco and do not rent your home out, our services are not yet bookable à la carte — speak to an advisor and we will tell you plainly what we can and cannot do for you.

Discretion is built into the way we operate, not claimed on a page. No online payment is ever taken, and a stay is confirmed by telephone and funds go to an escrow account. We hold professional status with a financial guarantee. Addresses, identities and schedules are never published, and no listing carries an exact address.
