Rental management on the French Riviera
Handing your property to a rental management company on the French Riviera is not outsourcing a clean. It means entrusting a calendar, guests, a building exposed to salt and sun, and reporting duties that cannot be fixed after the fact.
One coast, several seasons
The Riviera does not fill at the same pace from one commune to the next. Nice and Monaco live off events and business travellers for much of the year, the Saint-Tropez peninsula packs most of its demand into a short summer, the hinterland stretches its season into spring and autumn. Availability and pricing are therefore steered commune by commune.
Access that dictates the operation
Pedestrian hilltop villages, stepped old towns, peninsulas served by a single road, gated estates: here, access dictates housekeeping, linen, deliveries and the hour at which an arrival can realistically happen. That is what separates management held on the ground from management run remotely.
A regulated framework, not an informal service
Rental management is carried out under mandate, with a professional licence and a financial guarantee, and comes with the duties attached to it: registration with the town hall where required, collection and remittance of the tourist tax, guest information. That framework protects the owner as much as the guest.
