Scope

Liberty House Real Estate SASU is committed to making its website accessible to as many people as possible. The site follows the RGAA version 4.1 framework, established by article 47 of French law no. 2005-102 of 11 February 2005.

This statement applies to the website libertyhouse.fr, in both its French and English versions.

Compliance status

The site is partially compliant with RGAA version 4.1. No full audit of the 106 criteria has been carried out to date, so no compliance rate is stated here. Publishing a percentage without an audit would mean asserting something we have not measured.

How this statement was prepared

This statement was issued on 26 August 2026. It is based on targeted in-house verification rather than a full compliance audit. It will be updated as the remaining points are assessed.

Testing environment and method

Checks covered the home, contact, destination, market observatory, fees and legal pages, in both languages. They were carried out by direct measurement in the rendered document, on a recent Chromium browser, at widths of 390 and 1280 pixels.

Points verified as compliant

The following points have been measured and are compliant as of the date of this statement.

  • The document language is declared on every page.
  • A skip link leads to the main content, and its target exists in the page.
  • Structural landmarks are present, namely the header, the navigation, the main content and the footer.
  • Every image carries a text alternative, left empty when the image is purely decorative.
  • Every button and every link has an accessible name.
  • The heading hierarchy contains no skipped level.
  • Every form field carries an explicit label.
  • Text contrast on solid backgrounds meets the required threshold.
  • Disclosure panels reference a target that genuinely exists in the document.

Non-compliant or unassessed content

The following points have not been assessed to date, or remain to be fixed.

  • Contrast of text placed over a photograph has not been assessed. The method used here only applies to solid backgrounds.
  • Keyboard navigation has not been walked through exhaustively across every page.
  • No testing has been carried out with a screen reader.
  • Documents supplied in PDF form have not been assessed.
  • Video and audio content has not been assessed.
