Yes, or entrust us with the management of your own. Chef, chauffeur, yacht, tables and beach clubs are arranged during a stay booked with us, and every service is quoted and approved before it goes ahead. For a hotel stay or a house we do not manage, our services cannot yet be booked à la carte, and an advisor tells you so from the first conversation.

Your villa is presented on the Liberty House website and on selected international platforms, and its calendars are synchronised with Airbnb, Abritel, VRBO or Booking to avoid double bookings. Stays are concluded on the rate terms agreed with you, and we suggest adjustments as the season unfolds, from high summer to the shoulder months.

A furnished holiday let is declared to the commune, and a main residence can only be let for up to 120 nights a year, unless the commune has voted a lower cap. Our page on letting a villa in Saint-Tropez states whether a registration number is required there and publishes the official tourist-tax schedule, dated and sourced. Under management, we collect that tax from guests and pay it over to the commune.

Our head office is in Paris and we come to you in Saint-Tropez. Viewing your property takes place on site or by video call, guest welcome, key handover and inventories happen at the villa, and one contact follows your stay or your property from the first conversation to the last guest’s departure.

We meet you on site and walk you to the door, because vehicles do not go up into the lanes of the old village. Keys are handed over in person, together with the parking and access rules specific to the quarter.

Winter is not dead time. Regular checks, pool and garden upkeep, airing, coordination of tradespeople and preparation for the next season, this is the period when things get fixed without ever disturbing a stay.

Our fees are published in full. A traveller pays no service fee, and the full price of the stay, cleaning and tourist tax included, is shown before any confirmation. An owner chooses between 15% excl. VAT (18% incl. VAT) for listing and distribution, or 20% excl. VAT for full management, which adds on-site welcome, hotel-standard housekeeping, maintenance, inventories, tourist tax and monthly reporting. Nothing is added at the moment of payment.

Yes, when the property is rented out. Our concierge service is included in the management mandate, all year, and the owner may live in the property between lettings. If you live in Saint-Tropez and do not rent your home out, our services are not yet bookable à la carte — speak to an advisor and we will tell you plainly what we can and cannot do for you.

Discretion is built into the way we operate, not claimed on a page. No online payment is ever taken, and a stay is confirmed by telephone and funds go to an escrow account. We hold professional status with a financial guarantee. Addresses, identities and schedules are never published, and no listing carries an exact address.
