Every booking is confirmed by telephone, and the security deposit stays on an escrow account until the guest has left. In full management, an inventory is drawn up on arrival and departure, garden and pool included, so that any damage is recorded before the deposit is released.

On a private estate, the covenants or the owners’ association rules may also restrict holiday lets, so read them before going live. VAT for full management, which adds on-site welcome, hotel-standard housekeeping, maintenance, inventories, tourist tax and monthly reporting. Nothing is added at the moment of payment.

Yes, when the property is rented out. Our concierge service is included in the management mandate, all year, and the owner may live in the property between lettings. If you live in Mougins and do not rent your home out, our services are not yet bookable à la carte — speak to an advisor and we will tell you plainly what we can and cannot do for you.
