Three essential guarantees
Liberty House holds Carte T (transactions) and Carte G (management), with financial guarantee and escrow account. Here is what it means concretely.
All funds (deposit, balance, security) are held on an escrow bank account. They are released to the owner only after check-out, without incident.
Government-approved guarantee that protects your funds in case of agency default. Annually renewed and audited.
MMA professional liability insurance no. 120 137 405. Covers any error, omission or damage caused within the scope of our mission.

In accordance with the ALUR law (law no. 2014-366 of 24 March 2014) and decree no. 2014-890 of 1 August 2014, this fee schedule is displayed on our premises and published online here.

Sale / Transaction
Our transaction fees amount to 5% incl. tax of the sale price, payable by the buyer, and appear on every listing. For off-market properties they are restated in the sale mandate, in full transparency before any commitment. Each file is handled with a confidential valuation, tailored to the value and discretion of the property.
In accordance with the ALUR law and the order of 10 January 2017, the price shown on each for-sale listing states whether the fees are included or excluded (fees included / excluded) and indicates who bears them (payable by the buyer or the seller).
