At Liberty House, you know what you pay and to whom. Guests settle the price displayed, with no service fee added at checkout. Owners choose their plan in the mandate. This page presents our seasonal rental, concierge and transaction fees, applicable to all our contracts.

Three essential guarantees
Your funds are protected, always
Liberty House holds Carte T (transactions) and Carte G (management), with a financial guarantee and an escrow account. Here is what that means in practice.
Dedicated escrow account
Funds collected for the stay (deposit, balance) are held in a dedicated bank account. They are released to the owner only after check-out, with no incident.
Galian financial guarantee
A government-approved guarantee that protects your funds should the agency default. Renewed and audited every year.
MMA professional liability
MMA professional liability insurance no. 120 137 405. Covers any error, omission or loss caused in the course of our work.

- Rates are shown excluding and including tax. Applicable VAT is 20%. The amount including tax is the one actually due.
- In accordance with the order of 10 January 2017, this fee schedule is displayed on our premises and on our website.
- LHRE fees are payable by the parties designated above and are due upon conclusion of the transaction for which the mandate was given.
Sale / Transaction
Transaction fees
Our transaction fees amount to 5% incl. tax of the sale price, payable by the buyer, and appear on every listing. For off-market properties they are restated in the sale mandate, in full transparency before any commitment. Each file is handled with a confidential valuation, tailored to the value and discretion of the property.
ALUR-compliant price display
In accordance with the ALUR law and the order of 10 January 2017, the price shown on each for-sale listing states whether the fees are included or excluded (fees included / excluded) and indicates who bears them (payable by the buyer or the seller).
Legal framework for sales
- Professional licence T (Transaction), CPI no. 75012024000000155 issued by the CCI Paris Île-de-France.
- Galian financial guarantee EUR 120,000 securing transaction-related funds.
- Professional liability insurance MMA no. 120 137 405 covering our transaction activity.
- Sale mandate required, signed before any marketing of the property.
- EPC and GHG (energy performance diagnosis and greenhouse gas emissions) displayed on every listing.
