Strongly. The Festival, MIPIM, Cannes Lions, the Yachting Festival, MIPCOM and MAPIC fill the city well beyond summer. We set rates and minimum stays around each of these dates, and you choose the ones you keep for yourself.

Yes, across the whole French Riviera (Nice, Antibes, Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat, Mougins, Monaco, Saint-Tropez) and in Saint-Barthélemy. A single contact coordinates everything.

By planning ahead. Access to the centre is filtered and parking becomes scarce, so we move welcome times, deliveries and housekeeping away from the peaks, and we meet guests in person so nobody waits at a door.

Rarely. The lanes of the old quarter are narrow and steep, and the last stretch is done on foot. We factor that into luggage, linen and grocery runs, and we tell guests before arrival so it never comes as a surprise.

Across Cannes, from Le Suquet to Pointe Croisette and La Californie, as well as Le Cannet, Mougins, Mandelieu-la-Napoule and Théoule-sur-Mer. The rest of the Riviera is coordinated by the same contact.

The property must be declared to the town hall, and the registration number it receives must appear on every listing. A main residence may only be let for a limited number of nights per year, and the co-ownership rules must not prohibit short lets, often the deciding point in the residences of the Croisette. For a second home, the commune may require a change-of-use authorisation, so check with Cannes town hall before going live.

Our agency, under its property-management licence. Deposit, balance and security deposit are held on a dedicated escrow account and released only after the guest has checked out without incident. The agency is covered by the Galian financial guarantee and professional liability insurance.

Yes. In full management, guest welcome, hotel-grade housekeeping, upkeep and inventories are handled on site without you, and a monthly report accounts for every stay. You keep control of your calendar and can stay in the property between lettings, during the Festival or at any other time.

Our fees are published in full. A traveller pays no service fee, and the full price of the stay, cleaning and tourist tax included, is shown before any confirmation. An owner chooses between 15% excl. VAT (18% incl. VAT) for listing and distribution, or 20% excl. VAT for full management, which adds on-site welcome, hotel-standard housekeeping, maintenance, inventories, tourist tax and monthly reporting. Nothing is added at the moment of payment.

Yes, when the property is rented out. Our concierge service is included in the management mandate, all year, and the owner may live in the property between lettings. If you live in Cannes and do not rent your home out, our services are not yet bookable à la carte — speak to an advisor and we will tell you plainly what we can and cannot do for you.

Discretion is built into the way we operate, not claimed on a page. No online payment is ever taken, and a stay is confirmed by telephone and funds go to an escrow account. We hold professional status with a financial guarantee. Addresses, identities and schedules are never published, and no listing carries an exact address.
