What type of mandate do you offer?
Exclusive, simple or semi-exclusive mandate. Transaction fees are 5% incl. tax of the price excluding fees and are payable by the buyer, and they are not deducted from your price. They appear, with the terms, in the sale mandate.
Will my property be advertised publicly?
As you wish. We favour targeted, off-market exposure to our international network of qualified buyers.
