Our fees are published in full. A traveller pays no service fee, so the price shown is the price paid. An owner chooses between 15% excl. VAT (18% incl. VAT) for listing and distribution, or 20% excl. VAT for full management, which adds on-site welcome, hotel-standard housekeeping, maintenance, inventories, tourist tax and monthly reporting. Nothing is added at the moment of payment.

Yes, when the property is rented out. Our concierge service is included in the management mandate, all year, and the owner may live in the property between lettings. If you live in Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat and do not rent your home out, our services are not yet bookable à la carte — speak to an advisor and we will tell you plainly what we can and cannot do for you.
