Coming from the world of luxury hospitality and passionate about Riviera real estate, Arthur Merlino founded Liberty House with one belief, that the most beautiful villas deserve an approach as personal as a five-star hotel.

Years spent in prestigious establishments in Paris, Monaco and Saint-Tropez left him with an obsession for detail and an intimate knowledge of the region. That dual culture is the DNA of Liberty House.

Foundation

Liberty House Real Estate SASU is registered in Paris (RCS Paris, 20 November 2023). Carte T and Galian financial guarantee in place from day one.

2025

First villas

Selection standards drawn up: criteria, visit protocol and concierge benchmarks defined before any mandate was signed.

2025

Saint-Barthélemy

Financial guarantee structured and consumer mediation joined: the framework protecting owners and travellers is in place.

2026

Carte G

Carte G obtained, authorising rental management on behalf of third parties alongside transactions.
