Compensation
A contractually defined scale
No one-size-fits-all public grid, since each partner has an individual commission rate, defined contractually when their membership is approved and recorded against their partnership.
An individual rate
Your rate is agreed with our teams when you join and recorded against your partnership. You know it before making any introduction.
Credited on your introductions
Each introduction is tied to your personal code. When a booking you brought in completes, your commission is calculated on its amount at your contractual rate.
Tracked until payout
Each commission is recorded in our systems on completion, then followed by our teams through to settlement.
