Yes. You present your property online, then the conversation with an advisor and the valuation visit can both take place by video call. The written mandate sets out the service chosen, your calendar and the weeks you use the property yourself. On site, guest welcome, housekeeping and upkeep are then handled for you, which suits owners who live away from the Riviera for part of the year.

They depend on your situation, main or second home, and on the town’s own decisions. Before letting, check with the town hall about declaring the property, the registration number and any change-of-use authorisation. Yes. Much of Beaulieu’s housing is in Belle Époque co-owned buildings, and each building’s rules say whether short-term furnished letting is allowed. We review them with you before signing the mandate, and the building rules are then passed on to every guest.

More than elsewhere on the Riviera. The sheltered climate and easy movement attract shoulder-season and winter stays, which call for a different rhythm, recurring housekeeping, regular linen and ongoing household management rather than a simple welcome.

In person, on site. Because the town is compact and flat, the welcome is easy to arrange, including for an arrival by train, and building rules are explained directly to the guest.

Our fees are published in full. A traveller pays no service fee, and the full price of the stay, cleaning and tourist tax included, is shown before any confirmation. An owner chooses between 15% excl. VAT (18% incl. VAT) for listing and distribution, or 20% excl. VAT for full management, which adds on-site welcome, hotel-standard housekeeping, maintenance, inventories, tourist tax and monthly reporting. Nothing is added at the moment of payment.

Yes, when the property is rented out. Our concierge service is included in the management mandate, all year, and the owner may live in the property between lettings. If you live in Beaulieu-sur-Mer and do not rent your home out, our services are not yet bookable à la carte — speak to an advisor and we will tell you plainly what we can and cannot do for you.
