Your two obligations
- Registration number
- Beaulieu-sur-Mer has not introduced a registration number to date. A second home let as a furnished holiday let must nonetheless be declared at the town hall, using form Cerfa 14004.
- Cap on a primary residence
- For your primary residence, letting is limited to 120 nights per calendar year. A second home has no annual cap. In both cases, the same guest may not stay more than 90 consecutive days.
