Renting a luxury villa on the French Riviera follows a simple path: you set your dates and needs, receive a shortlist of villas with a detailed quote, confirm with a deposit, then settle the balance and a security deposit before arrival. A concierge team coordinates check-in, housekeeping and services on site.
Define your stay
It starts with the shape of the stay: the destination (Saint-Tropez, Cannes, Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat, Nice, Antibes on the French Riviera, or, beyond the Riviera, Saint-Barth), the dates, the number of guests and your essentials (sea view, heated pool, beach access, staff). The more precise these are, the sharper the shortlist.
Receive a shortlist and a quote
An advisor then proposes a short selection of villas matching the brief, each with a clear quote: rent for the period, included services and options. In high season, a minimum one-week stay is common on the most sought-after homes.
Confirm, pay, then arrive
A booking is confirmed by signing a contract and paying a deposit. The balance and a security deposit are settled before arrival; the security deposit is returned after the check-out inventory. On the day, a team member welcomes guests and walks them through the house.
What the concierge handles
Beyond the villa, a high-end concierge shapes the stay around you. The most common requests:
- Private chef, grocery shopping and wine on request
- Daily housekeeping and pool maintenance
- Transfers (chauffeur, airport, helicopter) and yacht charter
- Restaurant bookings, experiences and private activities
